Well, I cannot say enough about this wonderful team, Brandon and Lauren that are the magic behind the Potato Concept. Recently I hosted a Sunday Brunch in my home for 16 guests. I had no idea what I was getting myself into but I knew that I couldn't go it alone. Thankfully, I found the Potato Concept. Initially we talked fairly extensively how catering this brunch would work. I sensed immediately that I had made the right call. Brandon and Lauren were receptive to all my concerns and we communicated often in the three weeks leading up to the brunch. These guys came through with flying colors par excellence. My guests were amazed. The food was superb, the appetizers were spectacular. I must say, my brunch was a smashing success thanks to the hard work, attention to detail and genuine, top notch catering service these two professionals delivered. What a team!!! My thanks also to Sarah who worked alongside Brandon and Lauren , tirelessly providing a Class A bartending experience. If anyone reading this review is looking for a truly exceptional catering service, do yourself a favor and contact these guys. You will not be disappointed.

This company was very responsive right from the very beginning. They answered every email and phone call. They worked with me to develop a menu that fit our event. The display was nice and plentiful. The food was great and our guests really enjoyed the food. Lauren and Brandon were excellent to work with! We have already booked another event with them.

Brandon and Lauren are awesome as personal chefs! They came to our house to celebrate my wife's 30th and fed a 3 course meal to 12 of us and it was a blast! The food was fantastic, the service was like going to a 5-star restaurant and the conversation was friendly. I highly recommend inviting them into your home so they can show you their skills in the kitchen! Next even like this we have, they can expect a call!

I cannot recommend Brandon and Lauren enough. They consistently checked in with us prior to the event, making sure we had everything we needed(plates, forks, napkins). Day of the event they were at the venue on time, set up everything independently, and professionally, we had 100 people at our wedding and they served everyone large portions and gave us the remainder.

The food itself was AMAZING, when we told our guests that we were having baked potatoes as the main course of the event we were met with a lot of concern that it wouldn’t be filling enough, but by the time we finished eating everyone was telling us how amazing the food was and how filling it all was.

They also made us “late night snacks” which was a sandwich platter which at 1am and even the day after was AMAAAAZINGGGG!

All in all we ordered, 3 verities of baked potatoes Mac and cheese, salad, and the sandwiches ALL was gluten free (many people in our family and the groom have gluten intolerance and no one got sick from gluten intake) and AMAZING.

Delicious and Filling! We hired The Potato Concept for a training event we held at our office. They were super flexible with their awesome menu. They asked a lot of questions regarding the people we'd be serving and were very detailed and easy to communicate with. They arrived early and the food was hot and ready to serve.
I'd Recommend them for any event. Their potatoes are a meal, not your "mama's" baked potato, that's for sure. They'll fill you right up and oddly, leaving you wanting more of the their deliciousness.
If you want catering done right and at an affordable rate, Call The Potato Concept. I highly recommend them.

Brandon delivered 2 HUMUNGOUS, absolutely gorgeously arranged trays of fruits, veggies, dips, hummus, cheeses. The ladies at my daughter's baby shower raved!! The Potato Concept is an awesome caterer!!!!!!

These guys are AWESOME!!! Hired them for a surprise birthday party of about 35 guests. They were timely, professional, and the food was great. Creative options, served up at the right temp. Our guests loved it. Highly recommend The Potato Concept and will definitely use them again.

When planning my sisters bridal shower, I reached out to a few companies for catering. I was impressed right from the start at Lauren and Brandon’s quick response and willingness to work with me to plan out the perfect menu for the event. They took the time to learn about what I was looking for, and gave me different options to choose from - including a baked potato bar, which ended up being a hit!
When it came to the day of the shower they arrived on time, took care of all the set up and clean up, and were incredibly pleasant to work with the entire time.
Whatever the event, I would highly recommend The Potato Concept. Their communication and professionalism made the process so easy, and the food was absolutely delicious!

Brandon and Lauren, provided sandwiches, pastries and Gluten Free options. for a Celebration of Life for my dad. They were professional and gave me exactly what was needed. Could not have been better. A week later a attended a friends party and Brandon and Lauren served up hot food and salads. Again excellent... Everyone had great food and a good time. Tom G

We hired The Potato Concept last weekend for a party of 50. I can't say enough how wonderful and easy it was to work with them. The food was amazing we received so many compliments from guests. They set-up kept everything neat and clean and packaged up our leftovers and left like they were never there. We are going to use them in the future for sure. What great people offering a high-quality great service at an affordable price. If anyone out there needs a catering company with great service and people Lauren and Brandon nailed it!!!

Always made with fresh ingredients, always delicious. They have the most creative potato toppings that you didn’t know you had to have. Friendsgiving potato is my favorite with turkey and stuffing, gravy and carrots and even cranberry sauce. Whether at their brick and mortar location or at an event, The Potato Concept serves a hearty well-made potato that satisfies and makes you happy.

Brandon and Lauren do an amazing job with their small business. They are super personable and nice. In regards to the food, their potatoes and soups are amazing! I am a huge fan of the Loaded Pulled Pork and the Zesty Cheeseburger but I haven't had a single one that I haven't liked! I am not a huge fan of soup but I enjoyed both the Chicken and rice and the Potato soup. I have loved this concept since the day I first saw them market their catering business online. I drove 45 minutes each way just to visit their establishment and get me a Tater! I will continue to add their shop as a detour any time I am even remotely close to them and I am telling everyone I know who is a connoisseur of spuds!

Located at the corner of Hanover St & Chestnut St in Manchester, The Potato Concept finally has a permanent home inside the Subzero Nitrogen Ice Cream space. The Potato Concept specializes in made to order hot potatoes with a variety of tasty toppings & fillings offered. They also have salads, soups, and chili. Before they opened this shop, they also operated their Potato Concept food truck primarily in the Derry area.
After seeing their new sign go up about two weeks ago, I decided to pop in here for lunch takeout. I was greeted by the friendly couple who owns and operates The Potato Concept. I decided on the Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Potato with free soup or chili included ($11 plus tax on special), I chose Beef Chili. My food was all set to go within 3 minutes after ordering.
I enjoyed my hot food back at the house. The loaded potato was big which was overstuffed with soft orange mac & cheese and tender slivers of BBQ pulled pork with soft buttery potato goodness. The beef chili with beans, peppers & onions was hearty and filling. This was the solid lunch I needed after surviving several days on a liquid diet.

Baked potato soup, excellent. Just a ting of garlic, liberate bacon, scallions and chunks of potatoes, in a rich creamy base.
Baked potato with chili, generous with beef, kidney beans, cheddar, and sides of butter and sour cream. Not spicy, could use more salt, but then I'm a salt person. Ate 1/2, full! Still am, hours later.
Baked potato, custom, can't remember everything the Mr got on it, but had chicken, gorgonzola, onion/peppers, chipotle sauce with a side of sriracha. Ate the entire thing, he loved it.
They're in the SubZero ice cream shop, not easy to spot.
Excellent "I need some comfort food now.", "Too late at the office, insta-great supper.", or loaded/sliced for game day food. Standards for last minute company at the house, basic w/butter/sour cream, or w/broccoli and cheese.
But then, I'm a potato person.
