The Baked Potato Bar
Step 1
Select Three Entrees: Pulled Pork, Taco Beef, Chili (Vegetarian or Vegan), Tofu, Mac and Cheese, Chicken, Scrambled Egg, Sausage, Corned Beef.
Step 2
Select Five Toppings: (Don't worry, Sour Cream and Butter is included!) Bacon, Broccoli, Shredded Cheddar, Spinach, Corn, Jalapenos, Celery, Black Beans, Pickles, Onions, Scallions, Cole Slaw, Feta, Garbanzo Beans, Black Olives, Pickled Onions,
Step 3
Select Three Sauces: Sriracha, Ketchup, BBQ, Buffalo, Gravy, Ranch, Mayo, Honey Mustard, Sausage Gravy, Hollandaise, Avocado Lime Dressing.

Once you make your selections we do the rest! We set up the baked potato bar and guests line up and are individually served. Serving windows are typically 30 minutes per 50 people.

Select Two Soups: Chicken Noodle, Italian Wedding, Chicken/Beef Stew, Corn/Clam Chowder, Loaded Baked Potato Soup (our specialty!), Potato Leek.
Step 2
Select a Salad: Garden, Caesar, Greek
Step 3
Baked Potato!: Scallions, Sour Cream, Cheddar, Bacon

Your guests will have the option between two soups and will have a plate for salad and a ‘Loaded Classic’ Baked Potato. This is typically a self service option. We drop off the order with serving utensils and paper products for you guests with everything being disposable upon completion of service.

On-Site Grilling
Looking to take the stress off cooking for a backyard gathering and just enjoy yourself? We can help you do that! We bring our 3x5 foot charcoal grill to you and do all the work! Once we’re done grilling, we put the food in chafing dishes with sides of your choosing and your guests line up and help themselves! (subject to availability)
